Empowering Fangshan for Mutual Development

On the afternoon of September 20th, the "Private Economy and Capital Market - Entering Fangshan, Exploring Regional Development, and Supporting Post-Disaster Reconstruction" charity event, co-initiated by Tsinghua University PBS School of Finance and the Fangshan District Government, was grandly held in the multi-function hall of the Hilton Garden Inn in Fangshan District. Mr. Li Chao, Chairman of Trade Star Technology Industry Group, was invited to attend and delivered a speech as a representative of Tsinghua PBC School of Finance EMBA students and a representative of the caring enterprises.

The event is meticulously organized into three segments:

1. Visit and Study Tour: Participants will engage in a visit and study tour of the Beijing Financial Safety Industrial Park and Service Base, where they will view the park's promotional film and receive an introduction to the industrial park's strategic development planning and innovative operational models. Additionally, there will be a visit to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system and the Beijing Stock Exchange Fangshan Service Base to understand the service base model, as well as insights into the cultivation service system and the pathway for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to go public.

2. Supporting Fangshan Initiative: This segment features speeches by leaders from the Fangshan District Committee and Tsinghua alumni, highlighting their commitment to the region's development. It also includes a donation activity where Tsinghua alumni contribute ideas, strategies, and demonstrate their philanthropic spirit.

3. Thematic Exchange Session: The final part of the event is dedicated to a thematic exchange on "Private Economy and Capital Market - Entering Fangshan, Exploring Regional Economic Development, and Supporting Post-disaster Reconstruction." This session aims to foster dialogue on leveraging the private economy and capital markets to support Fangshan's regional development and recovery efforts post-disaster.

Fangshan boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage, a superior ecological environment, and enchanting natural landscapes. The district enjoys a strategic location, abundant resources, and significant industrial strengths. Positioned at the "Golden Eye" of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, it is one of the key areas for current and future planning and development in Beijing. Fangshan is not only the preferred destination for Beijing to transfer high-end industries to Xiong'an New Area but also an important hub for attracting headquarters economy to Beijing. Moreover, within the broader strategy of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Fangshan District is also a vital new city for the dispersion of the capital's core industries and urban population, with immense potential for development.

By the end of July this year, Fangshan District suffered from a rare flood disaster that occurred once in a century, greatly affecting the lives of local residents. The reconstruction work after the disaster necessitates the support of various parties. Trade Star Technology Industry Group  contributed to this charitable initiative by donating children's special-effect cold medicines valued at over 100,000 yuan, along with several table tennis rackets autographed by world champion Li Jiawei.

While floods show no mercy, humanity responds with compassion. In the face of natural disasters, there is great love. When everyone contributes, the flames rise high; acts of kindness know no size, and good deeds are not about timing. Small streams gather to form rivers and seas, and together we stand strong against the storm. May our modest efforts contribute to the post-disaster reconstruction of Fangshan.

Trade Star Technology Industry Group has forged a deep bond with Fangshan. The company has invested billions of yuan in the construction of the Keanrui Health Industry Science and Innovation Park, situated within the Beijing New Material and New Energy Industrial Base in Fangshan District. The park is designed as an integrated high-quality innovation health industry park, encompassing pharmaceutical research and development, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, contemporary diagnostics and therapeutics, Contract Research Organizations (CROs) in the pharmaceutical sector, medical aesthetics products, new resource foods, and foods for special medical purposes.

Looking ahead, Keanrui Pharmaceutical Group intends to move its pharmaceutical headquarters to the Keanrui Health Industry Science and Innovation Park, in a collaborative effort to contribute to the growth and advancement of Fangshan District.
